Refreshingly different pictures in OMICRON's advertising campaign
The scenes show blue, red, and yellow transformers, orange cable drums, dark blue substations, and other fixtures from the field of power supply in colorful artistry. An engineer in multicolored coveralls with a yellow helmet takes a measurement of a high-voltage line, while his colleague in a glaring red jumpsuit checks a relay. Familiar images – in multicolored scenes.
The refreshingly different pictures have appeared in OMICRON advertisements in magazines, professional journals, and the Internet throughout the world since 2008. They were painted by artists from the Austrian region of Vorarlberg. They work in the ARTelier "Brockenhaus", a painting workshop that is part of the Lebenshilfe Vorarlberg organization.
Colorful pictures with a "certain something"
The colorful passion with which the artists paint their pictures is catching. That was also the consensus of the members of the OMICRON Marketing Communication team when they saw the creations of these Vorarlberg artists for the first time on the occasion of an exhibition opening. The pictures displayed a high artistic level and also exhibited the "certain something". They would not let the viewers out of their grip.
Unorthodox cooperation with outstanding success
Creativity, passion, innovative spirit, but also the courage to tread an unorthodox path - the OMICRON employees became aware that the multicolored pictures reflected the central values of their own corporate philosophy. Very quickly, the idea was born to ask the artists to paint the world of OMICRON testing solutions – from their very own perspective.
OMICRON placed an order with the ARTerlier Brockenhaus, which was the beginning of an equally unusual and successful cooperation for both parties. "A gutsy cooperation", opines Ernst Schmid, Director of the ARTelier Brockenhaus. On top of that, a very successful one! In the meantime, more than forty advertising motifs have been created - each as individual and distinctive as the artist who painted it.
Colorful OMICRON world
Bernhard, Bianca, Dominik, Lukas, Klara and their friends from the ARTelier managed to render the already colorful world of OMICRON even more brightly colored.
