Philosophy

The OMICRON philosophy is short and simple – customers come first.

We base everything we do on the requirements of our customers. We recognize, of course, that in a constantly changing environment, customers’ requirements change over a period of time. For this reason we have ensured that

  • our development program is fast-paced and innovative

Through good customer service, products and support, we know we can secure repeat business and a good reputation. We know that by establishing best practice in everything we do, by employing dedicated individuals, and by adapting as required, we are best placed to offer the best to our customers. The OMICRON workforce is one team, though spread globally to ensure a personal, local response to all our customers worldwide.

  • By dedicating part of the company profits to charitable projects we hope, in some small way, that we can help to change the world for the better.
