“Efficiency in Testing” is the motto of this year's event, which will include discussion about solutions for protection testing in the fields of transmission, distribution, and generation. Topics to be covered include the influence of trends such as the increasing use of distributed protection systems, synchrophasor measurement, smart grids and IEC 61850 on protection systems and their associated testing. Papers will cover efficient solutions for automated and standardized testing as well as the latest techniques for manual testing.
