Because protecting your privacy is very important to us, we want to give you answers to your questions in advance:

Why do I have to submit my personal information?

We need to identify you as one of our customers, therefore we ask you to submit your personal information truly and completely. The data that is available in the Customer Area is intended for our customers only and is part of the service we provide when you buy from us. In your own interest and that of the OMICRON team, please do not inform others of your registered information, username or password.

How is my personal registration information used?

All data entered into the registration form and into any other form on our web site will be send to us via 128 bit encryption. This ensures a safe data exchange. The information is then stored in a password protected database which only OMICRON personnel can view and use. The information is treated as strictly confidential and will never be divulged to any third party. The information is used to help us identify you, to assist in the operation of our services and to collect statistical information.

How can I see and change the information I have submitted during registration?

The information that you have submitted to us will be repeated to you via e-mail as soon as you get the login parameters. If there are any amendments then you can re-submit your details at this stage. We recommend that this information be stored in a safe place where no-one else can access and misuse them. If you want to change any of your personal information, simply send an e-mail to customer.care@omicron.at or call us on +43 (0)5523 507-0. We will, of course, make any amendments you require.

Will OMICRON ever send me direct mailings?

From time to time we may send to our registered customers information about new products and/or services where we think it may be of interest for you. No information will be sent by e-mail if you have indicated that you do not want to receive such information. You can tell us at any time to remove your details from our mailing list by sending an e-mail to customer.care@omicron.at.
